Mapping human vulnerability to climate change

Climate change has always been a subject that has been of interest to me, to wit I have discovered this blog:

Basically it suggests that the wealthy nations that produce high greenhouse gas emissions will have a bigger impact on less wealthy nations like certain african nations who subsist on agriculture and nomadic lifestyles.  Meanwhile much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand and certain asian nations are working dilligently to reduce their carbon emissions and move toward greener economies.  The process is set to take years and cost millions but should slow the course of climate change and help nations around the world to realize their dreams of sustainability.
